Replacement Decals

You can order new replacement decals on the Coupa homepage from the Vernon Graphics Catalog or the Walter Signs Catalog. Both of these can be accessed from the Coupa homepage under "Catalogs". 

Lead time varies but Walter Signs generally prints and ships within a few days of the requisition being approved. Vernon is 2 weeks at a minimum.

  2. DOT Info 
  3. Truck color
  4. Unit Number
