No Charge Coffee Makers - Staples Agreement
Through our Staples relationship, you can request free Keurig coffee makers.
- You must agree to purchase a monthly minimum amount of coffee and breakroom supplies through Staples for the program’s duration, and there will be no monthly fee/lease fee for the brewer(s). Signed agreement is required.
- The monthly minimum coffee and breakroom supply spend is dependent on the type of brewer that you request, as well as the term length of the program. The minimum spend is per brewer that is provided.
- The minimum spend includes coffee, paper products, coffee accessories, snacks, candy, beverages, and all other breakroom supplies.
- No-charge brewer options, customers must make a onetime Breakroom Bundle purchase, and set up a reoccurring order for 1 breakroom SKU
- Brewers typically take 7-10 business days to arrive, but it is dependent upon availability and brewer specifications.
- Installation is provided at no charge for plumbed brewers. If installation is required, please allow an additional 10-15 business days for installation.
- Future service is included for all brewers on the program.
