MHE Batteries (How and what to order)

How to Determine the Correct Battery for Your Equipment

Please visit this LINK​ and type in the unit number of your equipment. 

-Take the unit number of the battery which you are looking to replace and input it into the yellow cell (A2). 
-The Model# should correspond to a unit available in the Coupa Battery catalog. 
-Please delete your entry from cell A2 when you are finished.

*If the unit you are searching for is not displayed when searched or for any general questions please reach out to DISTRIBUTION_ASSETS@nfiindustries.com*
All batteries need to be coded to  2-656-122040-9000.
Your requisition will be cancelled and returned to you for editing if you do not choose the appropriate coding.



How to Order Batteries for MHE

1. From the Coupa homepage navigate to "Catalogs" 
2. Search for "MHS Lift" OR click here

3. Identify the type of battery that you need (see instructions below)
4. Click "Add to cart" 

5. Fill in the make, model and serial number of the equipment the battery is being purchased for
6. Click "Save to cart"

7. Finish filling in the requisition like you normally would EXCEPT for the billing codes
All batteries need to be coded to  2-656-122040-9000.
Your requisition will be cancelled and returned to you for editing if you do not choose the appropriate coding.


8. Click "Submit for approval"
