How to Set Up 2 Factor Authentication in Concur


Concur is now requiring 2 factor authentication to login (This is NOT an NFI-initiated change - we have no option but to follow this new procedure).
Please see the instructions below on how to setup.

1. From the Concur login page login with your username and password.
2. From here it will bring you into a page to setup the 2 factor authentication.



From this page there are multiple apps that can be used to authenticate. At NFI, most employees will already have the Okta Verify app on their phones, the Okta App is preferred.


3. Download one of the Authenticator apps (OKTA PREFERRED).
4. Follow the steps in the app to get to the screen that allows you to scan the QR code.

5. Once scanned, the QR code will generate a 6 digit numeric code that you can enter to login.
6. NOTE - have your phone handy each time you log into Concur - you will need to go back to the app for a code each time you log in in the future.
