How to Reset 2 Factor Authentication in Concur



If you need to reset the 2 factor authentication for Concur follow the steps below. 

1. Login to Concur with username and password
2. When you get to the 2 factor authentication page click "Unable to enter authentication code"

3. On the next page click " Send"

4. Click "Return to sign in"

5. You will receive an email from Concur to reset your 2 factor authentication
6. From the email, click "Reset Two-Factor Authentication"


7. This will return you to the sign in page and you will be presented with a new QR code.
