AMAZON Customer Service and Overview


NFI's Amazon Business account is accessible for placing orders via the Amazon punchout storefront on Coupa.

Tips and Best Practices:
  1. Shop NFI Preferred Suppliers first before using Amazon Business.  Use this link to review Preferred Suppliers by Product Category.  Amazon should not be the your primary supplier but instead used for emergency and hard to find items.
  2. Look for "Organization Preferred" and PRIME items when shopping.  Only PRIME items are FREE shipping.
  3. Choose the "Request a Quote" option if you are buying in bulk or making a large purchase.  See the attachment to this article for more details.

For help with Orders, Returns or Delivery Issues with Amazon Business order, contact the Amazon Business Customer Service Team at 866-486-2360.

  1. You will need the Amazon order number, which is found in your confirmation email that came from Coupa (see example below, circled in red). 
  2. If requested, provide your NFI email address and our account number: A1RW19Q4ZS79ZR
  3. If asked for the "main account" information you can provide that it is  dennis.fay@nfiindustries.com/Dennis Fay
  4. If asked for the NFI phone number you can provide 877-634-3777When resetting your password this is the phone number that is asked for that ends in 77 for Amazon Business for US customers.  
  5. If they ask for a Company address, it should be 2 Cooper Street, Camden NJ 08102. (If that doesn't work, you can use 1515 Burnt Mill Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003.)
