AMAZON Canada Password Reset Verification Number and Best Practices
NFI's Amazon CANADA Business account is accessible for placing orders via the Amazon CANADA punchout storefront on Coupa.
Tips and Best Practices:
- Shop NFI Preferred Suppliers first before using Amazon Business. Amazon should not be the your primary supplier but instead used for emergency and hard to find items.
- Look for "Organization Preferred" items when shopping.
- Choose the "Request a Quote" option if you are buying in bulk or making a large purchase. See the attachment to this article for more details.
Password Reset:
For help with Orders, Returns or Delivery Issues with Amazon Business order, contact the Amazon Business Customer Service Team using through the punchout.
- You will need the Amazon order number, which is found in your confirmation email that came from Coupa (see example below, circled in red).
- If requested, provide your NFI email address and our account number: AX2BSBE5B9R67
- If asked for the NFI phone number you can provide 647-467-9640. When resetting your password this is the phone number that is asked for that ends in 40 for Amazon Business for Canadian customers.
- If they ask for a Company address, it should be 1920 Albion Road, Toronto, Ontario, M9W 5T2 Canada
