In order to provide the most effective service and support for our products we have designed a customized
service procedure for NFI Industries. Please follow these instructions for all service requests. They will be
different from the local service technicians typical procedure to request service. We ask that you follow
these procedures regardless of the local process. If you have any questions please feel free to give NFI
procurement a call. Canon Business Solutions Bar Code Label should be affixed under the document feeder of the device or
simply push the Counter Check button and the serial number will appear. Any other provider information
should be disregarded and the procedures contained herein followed. The telephone numbers to call for
Customer Service, Service and Supplies are listed below. NFI Industries’ contract includes toner, on-site
service, part and labor. Paper and staples are the only items not included in your contract.
