US Locations - Box of 200 Cards from Alpha Graphics

Forklift Certification Cards are available to order from Alpha Graphics through a supplier hosted catalog on Coupa.
  1. The cost is $29.50 for box of 200 (as of 1/30/2024)
STEPS FOR ORDERING:
1) Login to Coupa
2) Go to "Catalogs" (right hand side of the greetings bar) on the homepage and select "Alpha Graphics"
3) Search for "Certification"
4) Choose your quantity and select "add to cart"
Complete your purchase.



Canadian Locations - Box of 250 Cards from Staples Professional 

Forklift Certification Cards are a custom print (on demand) from Staples Professional, requiring a quote from
the supplier and should be entered into Coupa as a free form requisition to obtain a PO.
  1. The cost is CAD $32.50 for a box of 250 (as of 1/30/2024)

 STEPS FOR ORDERING:

1) Email the Staples Professional Print & Promo Specialist to request a quote for "NFI FORKLIFT CERT CARDS-Box of 250 and provide the required info listed below. 
      Find the current specialist contact info using this LINK.
  • Your Contact Name, Email Address and Phone Number
  • Shipping Address (where the Cert Cards need to be sent)
  • Your NFI Profit Center # 
2) Enter a free form requisition once you recieve the quote from the Staples Professional Print Specialist. 
  1. SUPPLIER: STAPLES BUSINESS ADVAN (CAD)
  2. ITEM DESCRIPTION: NFI Forklift Cert Cards
  3. QTY: 1 Box
  4. COST: Use the cost per box provided on the quote.
3) Once the requisition is approved, send the PO number to Print Specialist so that the PO and invoicing can be matched in Coupa.
Turn around time is 3-5 days plus shipping from receipt of order.
