1-800-Flowers Ordering Process

Please be advised of the following mandatory procedures when placing orders via the 1-800-Flowers Punchout:

  • Delivery Address: Unlike other suppliers, the recipient’s delivery address will be captured directly within the 1-800-Flowers punchout site.

  • Coupa Checkout: When you return to your Coupa cart, you must select your standard Profit Center/NFI address. Do NOT manually add temporary or non-NFI shipping addresses into Coupa. The order will be delivered to the address you entered inside the punchout, regardless of the address shown in Coupa.

  • No Post-PO Changes in Coupa: Once a Purchase Order (PO) has been issued, no changes can be made within the Coupa system. 

    • Need to make a change? If you need to update a delivery address or cancel an order after the PO is issued, you must contact 1-800-Flowers Customer Service directly.

Do NOT attempt to "Change" or "Edit" the PO in Coupa. Doing so may result in duplicate shipments, billing errors, and incorrect deliveries.
