FOR SUPPLIERS: How to Respond to a Sourcing Event




1. Go to the link in the email you received for the sourcing event (You must go to this email. the Sourcing portal is different from the usual supplier portal)
2. Click "I intend to participate"


3. It will direct you to a login page where you can use your Coupa Supplier Portal email and password


4. Once you login it will direct you to the page below. 
5. Click into the Sourcing event you want to reply to.

6. Once you are on this page, click "I intend to Participate"
7. Accept the terms and conditions questions 
8. Click "Send to event owner"

9. Scroll to the bottom of this page and click "Enter Response"

10. You can download the specifications by clicking the file links

11. Scroll past this section and read the instructions and answer the questions in section 2.

12. Once you have answered all the questions click "Save"

13. Scroll down again and fill in the items and services section. 
      - To edit a section you can hover over the item and you will see a pencil appear . Click and it will open the edit screen to add your information. 


14. Fill in your item details and click "Save"

15. Scroll down and click "I have reviewed the changes to this event"
      - This will not be present on every Sourcing Event
16. Click "Submit Response"
