FOR SUPPLIERS: How and What to Update in your Coupa Supplier Profile


1.   Login to your Coupa Supplier account

2.   Click on “Profile”

3.   Click “Profile Setup”

4.   Choose a category under Profile Setup

5.   Click “Edit Selection”

6.   Select the category that you want to update and type in the new information

7.   When you are finished, click “Save changes”


 


On the page Who you are update the following:

 

1.   Industry

·        Choose the drop down option that most closely represents your firm/company.

 

2.   Primary Contact

·        Make sure your contact information is completely up to date.

 

 

On the page What you do update the following:

 

1.   Product and Service Categories

·        Choose the drop down option that most closely represents your firm/company.

2.   Product and Services

·        List the top 5 services or products that you offer. (Limit yourself to only 5)

3.   Areas Served

·        Select either regional or global

·        From the search bar choose one or multiple areas in which you do business

·        You can also select areas where you do not do business

 

 

Make sure to select “Save Changes” to save your updates

 

On the page What sets you apart update the following:


1.   Diversity Classifications and Certifications

·        Add any diversity certificates that your business has in this section

·        If you aren’t sure what you may qualify as, click here for more information

2.   Awards, Distinctions, and Projects

·        Add any awards or distinctions that might set you apart in this section

 

Make sure to select “Save Changes” to save your updates
